Mindfully find the full range of motion of all the joints, opening them up to stretch and strengthen.  Feels so good!  This practice helps to keep the joints lubricated and open, feeling fluid.  You'll feel your muscles move more efficiently, feeling strong and empowered.  This class is set at a beautiful park in Santa Cruz, California.  Enjoy the beautiful background!
