About this class
Welcome to Saturday Afternoon Slow Flow! These classes are perfect for a little therapeutic R & R on a Saturday afternoon. The goal of these classes are to assist you in tuning in to your internal landscape by taking the time to slow down and restore balance. We will begin the class with centering and grounding through meditation and breathwork, and then move through a gentle, slow-flow, meditative practice. Class ends with a long, savory, guided svasana. Class is suitable for all levels.
