Come study the Yoga Sutras with us!
In essence, the Sutras describe how practicing yoga asanas (postures) and meditation will lead us toward becoming aware of our automatic thought and behavior patterns. Studying the Sutras more closely trains the mind to look for these patterns because awareness is the first step toward making sustainable change.
With identifying our automatic patterns, we will be able to sink into a deeper truth and respond more authentically to each and every moment. In this Sutra Circle, we will start with the first Sutra and study one Sutra per class. Join at any time or come every week to stay in practice toward connecting more deeply to yourself and one another.
