About this class

This is an end of the day class to move your body in a steady and supportive way and release tension from the day. A nice balance of movement, breathwork and relexation to unwind and clear your mind and heart for a peaceful evening and good night's sleep. 

You will focus on

  • Meditative movement (linked to your breath) to clear mental clutter from the day.
  • A balance of strengthening/grounding and releasing/stretching postures.
  • Supportive and relaxing postures (e.g., one or two Restorative postures before Savasana) to create softness in the body and heart.
  • Breath-work/Pranayama to release "stuck" energy and prepare you for bed.

How to come prepared

  • You + your yoga mat :)
  • It's helpful to have 2 blocks, a strap, and 1-2 yoga blanket.
  • If you don't have yoga props, you can improvise and decide if you'd like to purchase them. For an end of day class, it's nice to have added support (even if you don't necessarily need it.)
