About this class
In this class, we explore utilizing the chair for accessibility, adaptability, and ability to regain balance and increase strength within the mins-body. We use props such as blocks and straps to support certain poses, and the use of a blanket or thick towel is encouraged at times.
Participants are encouraged to use a chair with no arms, but any chair will do. As long as you are comfortable and supported. Each class will slowly build upon the last. You are welcome to remain in the chair the entire time or move up and out of the chair.
Always check with your provider before beginning a new physical practice or establishing a new routine.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Refrain from eating 2 hours before class
If you must eat, have a light snack.
