"enliven the inner intelligence of our bodies." -Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Students in teacher training will appreciate the integration of the Koshas, layers of our body that makeup who we are.
Class begins with meditation followed by the flow and then returning to meditation or Chetan-āsana. You may wish to have your props and tools nearby to support you on your yoga journey.
