Do you know that women need to practice differently at different phases of their lives in order to reduce symptoms as well as set themselves up for an easeful next phase?  

If you want to learn how to practice properly during menstruation so that you reduce symptoms and set yourself for your 40's and 50's  you will want to take this course. What you are doing now has such a huge effect on your future and you may not even know.  It's so much more than just not inverting. If you are currently experiencing symptoms of perimenopause, this course is also for you.

In this workshop, you will learn the poses needed for the health of a woman. You will learn why it's important to honor the systems and workings of your body during this time and how to prevent issues in the future.
