About this class

In order to grow, we must move through moments of discomfort. In this class, we take a journey each week into the different layers of ourselves. We move through a series of special asanas (poses) to "enliven the inner intelligence of our bodies." -Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Each week builds upon the previous week. 

Students in teacher training will appreciate the integration of the Koshas, layers of our body that makeup who we are. 

Class begins with meditation followed by the flow and then returning to meditation or Chetan-āsana. You may wish to have your props and tools nearby to support you on your yoga journey.
