About this class

We will be preparing for each day, and establishing/reinforcing daily rituals. A container will be set that eduates, prepares you mentally, emotionally, and energetically/physically for a memorable day full of fulfillment, accomplishment, and gives you tools to get back on track, if some stress starts to creep into your experience.

Each day of the week, we will have a different set of experiences that are designed to ground you and prepare you for the day. Some of the tools will include: Mindfulness, Meditation, EFT (emotional freedom technique), breathwork and visualizations.

You will leave grounded, focused, with a sense of freedom and ease to attack your day. 

This is the perfect program for people who want to increase their effectiveness (by as much as 25%), while having a more fulfilling life and more fun - I've worked with executives and business owners to help them bring more clarity, when facing chaos.
