About this class
Wake up and flow from strength building Yang drills to Yin inspired stretches increasing your overall mobility. Each class will address core and Hip Flexor mobility and will additionally target a specifc area of the body or a total body focus. Areas that may be addressed include: Shoulders/Arms/Upper body, Back body, or Hips.
Mobility is the balance of strength and flexiblity. This class will help identify areas of weakness that may be preventing the steps further in your yoga practice that can give you deeper expression of the asanas. My personal mobility practice has helped me relieve areas of chronic pain and lead to a more (doctor confirmed) balanced musculoskeletal integrity.
