Feeling slightly stagnated, stiff, in the need of a pause and a refresh?

This 45 minute all levels Hatha Class will stretch and lenghten the whole body, open up blocked energy channels, give your mind a rest through movement of the body.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Modifications will be given for those who want to add some strenght to the flow.
