An energetic class that will set you on a wonderful day ahead.

I will offer options and modifications so this class is suitable for both Level 1 and 2 students. This is your practice so you can choose the options that fit your level best.

Power Yoga is an energetic vinyasa-style yoga, influenced by Ashtanga Yoga. The focus is on the strength, to increase lean muscle mass which leads to a boost in metabolism, but it's a full body work out.
