Pranayam - Mindful Breathing

Dharana - Focus/Attention

Dhyana - Meditation

  • Bringing the 8 Limbs into your yoga practice
  • Self Awareness: Breath, Body & Thoughts
  • Using the Breath to Anchor your Self to the Present Moment

How to come prepared

  • Open Mind
  • Empty Stomach (not starving)
  • Yoga Mat & optional Blanket/Strap/Bolster/Cushion
  • Connect & Embrace the Silence Within
