About this class
This is an all levels Vinyasa Flow: I will offer you modifications all through the practise, so whether you are new to Vinyasa Flow, or looking for something more intense, this class is for you. There will, however, not be any inversions.
We start with a thorough warm up that prepares both the body and mind for the more physical part, the asana, that follows. Every time the sequence will be slightly different to keep the body and brain engaged, allowing for a truly immersive and dynamic practise. Each class will end with a relaxation with a guided mindfulness.
You will be left felt nourished and refreshed.
