About this class

This is an all levels Vinyasa Flow. We start with a thorough warm up that prepares both the body and mind for the more physical part, the asana, that follows. Every time the sequence will be slightly different to keep the body and brain engaged, allowing for a truly immersive and dynamic practise. Each class will end with a relaxation with a guided mindfulness. You will be left felt nourished and refreshed.

How to come prepared

  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to freely move your limbs
  • Water
  • Any props you might want (e.g. a blanket or a sheet to cover up during the relaxation)
