About this class

This week as we flow through our yoga asan's (poses) - I'd like to invite you to connect not just with your Self but also take a moment of pause and reflect about all the lovely people and view them as teachers especially if they have been a challenging presence. Each pose will be linked with an energy centre (chakra) and a person who has been a noticiable presence in your life...some one to embrace, honor the light within and release ourself from any negative emotions that might arise...join me on a journey to freedom

 We practice on an empty stomach, use a yoga mat or dhurry, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
