About this class

Join me for a full practice including strong vinyasa, alignment focus, inversions and restorative postures. My unique approach is a blend of various Yoga lineages, and I incorporate core work, strength, mobility, cathartic movement, pranayama and restorative postures.

I utilize self-mapping tools to reform the structure of the body and liberate the conditioning of the mind. We take a formal approach to asana, to better understand our first nature and potentiate our second nature. Through consistent, skillful practice, we develop insight, joy and infinite potential.
