Feel good Flow is a Vinyasa Flow with less time spent in stationary poses, improving stamina, strength, and flexibility, while synchronizing breath with movement.
Through these movements and holds we create challenges for the body that forces us to breathe deeper and maintain the peace and stillness within. All you need is your mat and your ujjayi breath as your guide on the mat. Feel free to take breaks when you need to or set the knees down (child's pose) to rest and join the class. again whenever you're ready. This is a feel good practice and made for you. Set your intention and do what makes you happy.
We will be working through the whole body throughout the class, and expand your range of motion by moving in ways you normally would not. This will help you avoid injuries in the future that could happen if you are always moving in the same way. A Vinyasa class is great cardiovascular exercise, because it is often fast-paced. Moving with your breath increases your heart rate and generates heat, at the same time a consistant Vinyasa practice can help you build muscle throughout the whole body.
Feel good Flow- Vinyasa class can be a moving meditation. The constant motion will help quiet the mind and allow you to focus inward, helping you connect the body and mind, calms the nervous system and can help you relieve stress and anxiety.
