After we stretch out our tired limbs, in the comfort of our chair, I will guide you in different breathing techniques/practices that will help you to calm the mind and handle the daily stresses in our lives. These exercises will then allow us to enjoy a short guided meditation that will bring us closer to observing our thoughts without reacting to them.
