Join us in preparation for the weekend ahead for a relaxing and restorative morning meditation. This session will focus on releasing our limiting beliefs. 

Our limiting beliefs hold us back from pursuing new challenges, life opportunities, relationships and even going after that promotion. 

Let’s identify one in session, become present with the emotion and feelings around it. I will be guiding you one step at a time to also reframe it with a new positive emotion, behavior and or thought process. This shift can happen and open up such emotional freedom from it. 

Once we have clarity around how to reframe and set a new emotional pattern, we will then go deeper through a guided meditation. Once in this vibrational alignment, we will experience a powerful Reiki Infused healing bring it all together. 

This meditation is specifically geared to tap into our 7 Chakras and bring back alignment, while feeling the energetic healing effects of reiki. 

 

How to prepare? 

* Have a space to be comfortable for meditation

* Have a blanket or pillow to get comfortable 

* Feel free to have a notepad and pen near by to write out thoughts which might come up

* Be open to receiving reiki healing (if you choose to receive) 

 

New to Reiki Healing? Here is what you need to know:

The more open you are to energy healing (such as lying down or resting comfortably the treatment) the better the results will be. You are the healer believe it or not! Meaning I will connect with you energetically and be sending loving, healing life force energy to you and your areas which need unblocking.

This energy is within everything in life… we are receivers and transmitters of life force energy. If you work with me during the session to feel the pain releasing… the session will be great. You might feel waves of energy in your body, heat and tingles. These are all great signs energy is flowing where it needs to to heal the body. 

Just sit back and enjoy the healing energy. Don’t be shy to share with the group your experience during our session. 

You will focus on

  • Releasing what no longer serves us
  • Reframing our thoughts or behavior with a new emotion
  • Calming the mind and body for deep relaxation
  • Reiki energy healing for your mind, body and soul
