About this class
Yoga Foundations is a unique flow based class. It is a slow flow class that allows the space to explore specific poses and how they work in our bodies.
Don't worry, there'll be opportunities for you to challenge yourself and build strength and flexibility!
We will begin each class with a moment to tune in to the breath then practice connecting breath with some gentle movement. We will then spend the rest of class exploring a specific pose through alignment, technique tricks and modifications that will help support you and your practice!
Yoga is for everybody!
All levels are welcome as modifcations will be provided.
