About this class

We will be preparing for each day, with daily rituals. Each day of the week, we will have a different set of experiences that are designed to ground you and prepare you for the day: Meditation, EFT, breathwork, visualizations.

You will leave grounded, focused, with a sense of freedom and ease to attack your day. 

You will focus on

  • clearing any tension or anxiety about your day
  • developing the energy and focus to be fully productive and expressed
  • feeling a grounding and clarity for the upcoming day

How to come prepared

  • have a quiet space
  • a space where you can comfortably move - and sit
