About this class

Energetic class to awaken your body and your spirit.

Vinyasa flow is the practice of yoga where each movement is synchronised with your breath, so that you move from one pose to another, seamlessly.

We will start with a focus on breath and the connection with your inner self. We'll then warm up the body to and follow up with a sequence where the movement flows with each inhale and exhale. 

We will work on strength, balance and flexibility, with a focus on the core strength.

The class is suitable for all levels from beginners to more experienced practitioner and I will always adapt it to the students' level.
