About this class

Channel cool lunar energy with this Full Moon Flow. In this class, you’ll bring the seeds you’ve planted from the new moon into fruition through expansive movement and heart-opening postures.

You will focus on

  • Increasing Flexibility, Balance and Strength of the body.
  • Building heat to sweat and help the body get rid of harmful toxins.
  • Improving immunity and a sense of well-being that spreads into your daily life.
  • Finding Concentration & Focus to promote attentiveness.

How to come prepared

  • Set up your mat & any props ( bricks, strap, and water bottle ) you need for your practice 10 minutes before class starts.
  • Click on Start Event via your phone or computer 10 minutes before class so you don't feel rushed.
  • Silence your phone (including your Apple Watch) so you can truly reset and relax during your class.
  • Eating a light and healthy snack prior to your class if you haven't eaten in a few hours.
