Hatha yoga is a dynamic alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the refinement of the asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) while entering, holding and moving on to the next asana. It is about connecting to the mind, body and spirit as we use the asana and stretches in combination with pranayama while holding the asana to develop flexibility and strength. The end of the practice will include a total body guided meditation designed to bring about relaxation and peace to the body, mind and spirit to promote better sleep.
