My yoga journey started when I was a little girl. My Nana introduced the practice to me to help me cope with anxiety. This practice has allowed me to feel a sense of calm even when life can be turbulent. I am always amazed at what yoga teaches me as I continue to practice. My intention is to provide classes to others and share my love for this practice to give the benefits that it has given to me. I’m honored to be able to share this gift.
