Elizabeth is an RYT-500 certified yoga instructor who uses her background as an educator and dancer to teach fun flows and transitions that get you moving. Her personal journey has led her to adopt a vegan, alcohol-free lifestyle and she enjoys writing for health and wellness publications. Most recently, Elizabeth completed a 100-hour spirituality immersion in Rishikesh, India to deepen her understanding of this ancient practice.
