Elizabeth is author of Rethinking Alcohol through the Eight Limbs of Yoga. She is an RYT-500 certified instructor who uses yoga to quiet the internal chatter, tame the fiery rajas, and get you into a more peaceful, sattvic state. She uses her dance background to create flows that improve strength, posture, flexibility, and balance.. Her personal journey has led her to adopt a vegan, alcohol-free lifestyle and she enjoys writing for health and wellness publications. Most recently, Elizabeth completed a 100-hour spirituality immersion in Rishikesh, India to deepen her understanding of this ancient practice. In her free time, you can find her hiking the Colorado mountains and making simple, plant-based recipes with #6veganingredients.
