My name is Gabby Ruocco(She/her) and I love traveling, learning languages, climbing mountains, cooking vegetarian food, and deepening my yoga practice. I have taught students of all ages hatha, vinyasa, pranayama, chair yoga, as well as meditation from a trauma informed perspective, to allow them to connect with their breath and bodies, and step into their power. I am passionate about creating safe and brave spaces for all, empowering communities around the world, and supporting students with their mental health. I strive to use yoga as a tool for social justice and fighting inequality especially around gender and reproductive justice. As a social work graduate student, I use my growing knowledge of mental health to support students to feel aligned and whole.
