Through mindfulness, yoga, energy work, and iRest® meditation practices, I have discovered greater wellbeing and support along life’s journey, as I turn 50 this year and especially being someone with Alopecia. As an educator, I taught internationally for 20 years and first developed an interest in combining yoga and education while completing postgraduate research on the effects of yoga on academic achievement. After repatriating back to Toronto, I took time for wellbeing and for deepening my yoga practice by completing two yoga teaching certifications and discovering the healing benefits of iRest® (Integrative Restoration®). I have awakened to a path of integrating wellbeing, awareness, and education. My offerings include iRest® Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation, Chair Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga sessions which can be customised for individuals or groups, as well as presentations, workshops, and series for communities and organisations.
