Life is too short to spend it disconnected from our true nature and potential. What’s more powerful than being witnessed and supported on your journey to wellness? I’m here to provide a safe space for you to awaken to your true self and embody the best version of you. My personal yoga practice is mainly meditative, with a bit of prāṇāyāma and āsana, and my movement practice is intuitive and sensual, merging Tao Yin with Tantric Yoga (breath work, visualization, mantra, etc.).
