I am a movement creator, bridging the gap between yoga and fitness. Since 1996, I began my fitness journey at Equinox Fitness Clubs as a fitness trainer. For the last 26 years, I have had the honor and privilege to work with both individuals and groups, teaching what I am passionate about. In 2003, I found my heart and center in a yoga class and immediately knew that this was going to be a integral part of my souls journey. In 2011 I became certified for my 45th birthday teaching Vinyasa Yoga. Through both disciplines, it is my deep intention to empower, inspire and uplift each and every person who I come in contact with. Through both my own experience and injuries, I am adept at offering modifications for those who have previous or present injuries and imbalances.
