I am a mother of 4, and a wife based out of South Florida. I've been practicing yoga for almost 6 yrs. I started my yoga journey at 41 yrs old got my yoga teaching certification at 43. Ever since then, I've been teaching with every beat of my heart & soul because I want people to feel & experience the benefits of yoga that I have ever since I started this transformational practice. I believe, It's never too late to follow your passion.
My Philosophy
You are never too old, heavy, tall or short to start practicing yoga. Yoga is for everyone who is looking to find a better connection with him/herself. Whether you're new to yoga or have some experience, I can help you push yourself to the next level. You'll get stronger, fit & more confident in your own skin! All of my classes are designed to give you the tools & guidance that you need to become a healthier and happier YOU.
