CE Harris is a long time Worthington Ohio resident who loves to share the joy of yoga with her neighbors and friends. She has practiced many different styles over the past 20 years and receives her 200 hour teaching certification from Give Yoga. Outside of yoga you will likely find CE walking around with her kids, reading books, knitting, or making up new words to describe her view of the word.
