I offer practices that provide clarity and calm in times of chaos. Having worked to overcome my own anxiety, depression, and isolation, I share tools, techniques and experiences that I've learned and know work. I'm interested in bringing the 'fun' into 'fun'ctioning so our experience of life can be empowering, based on our choices. I spent the first part of my career in the corporate world finding something that I liked, while doing what I thought I was supposed to do. It turned out to be unfulfilling. Simply, I was unhappy.
