Being originally from Russia, I started traveling the world after graduating from a linguistic university near my hometown in a remote area of Caucasus mountain. My first encounter with physical training and health began when I moved to the United States and started working as a group fitness and personal trainer in Washington, DC. My journey into the world of yoga took off as a regular stretching routine at first, developed into a dedicated practice of Hatha yoga. After taking 200-hour YTT in 2017, I decided to completely change my life around - left my job at the yoga studio, marriage and possessions - and moved to Guatemala to go on a deeper spiritual journey. There, on the banks of Lake Atitlan, I taped into bodywork practices, energy healing techniques, and the creation of healthy organic food recipes and herbalism, bringing people’s consciousness to a more mindful approach of daily life.
