Janel found her love for yoga more than 10 years ago. She quickly realized this was her passion and wanted to make it her life's goal to share the practice of yoga and its many benefits. As a Registered Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Flow Yoga focusing on proper alignment and form with her students is a top priority along with strength, balance and core engagement. Her passion reflects in her creative sequencing and meditative movements of classical yoga poses and modifications, accommodating her wide range of students. Exploring asana (poses), meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) during each practice, she promotes balance of the mind and body. As an athlete and certified gymnastics instructor, she enjoys the challenge and flow of Vinyasa. She guides her students to synchronize their breath and body as they reconnect within. Off the mat, Janel enjoys spending family time with her husband and their two yorkiepoodles Nicco and Leo.
