About this class

TOPIC: COPING WITH SUMMER DRINKING CULTURE

Taking a break from alcohol can do wonders for your mental and physical health (and bank account!), but it can feel lonely if others around you aren’t participating. Join this judgement-free, supportive kula—or community—where we gather monthly to discuss the benefits of reducing alcohol, finds ways to manage the time, and celebrate our efforts.

"Participating in Elizabeth's class was rewarding and actually quite necessary for me to be able to take care of myself emotionally and physically while eliminating alcohol for the month. She was incredibly supportive, non-judgmental, and informative. I learned a lot about the toxicity of alcohol and how many diseases it is really connected to. I would definitely join her again for any class on reducing or quitting drinking or any other class that I may be interested in!" ~ Pam Tibbs, Restaurant Mindset Coach

*PLEASE NOTE: These discussions are for those who are rethinking the role of alcohol in their lives or taking a break from alcohol. While I can talk about my own journey with alcohol and help others as they explore their journeys, I am not professionally trained in substance abuse disorders. If you have been diagnosed Alcohol Use Disorder or suspect you might have a severe addiction, please consult your doctor before joining. You can find more resources and support here:
