WINTER SESSIONS
(GENTLE YOGA & IREST YOGA NIDRA)
What strategies are you using to flourish as this new year unfolds?
This winter, let's continue to uncover or rediscover what it feels like when the
mind and body have greater
connection and ease.
During these
winter sessions, let's take time to
release any residual stress or strain, while
restoring energy, health, and perhaps a
sense of wholeness.
By doing a combination of
gentle Yoga movements, followed by
iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, you may experience:
*enhanced well-being
*better stress management
*relief from physical discomfort
*improved sleep
During this short
30-minute practice, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (10-minute discussion). You may want to have
something to write with for any insights that may arise.
