About this class

By controlling the breath through different breathing techniques, the breath rate slows down, allowing the mind to relax. As the mind is gently trained to become one-pointed, the agency of breath is used to gain access to the subtle life-force (Prana). The powers of one-pointed mind, will, and life-force are then unveiled and harnessed to bring about the deepest states of relaxation and rejuvenation.By preparing one's consciousness through Pranayama, one is ready to step into a new realm within. Through autosuggestions or affirmations, deep impresssions are made into the recesses of the subconscious mind according to the degree of one's receptivity. This leads to healing and revitalization of the body-mind instrument.

Benefits: (Based on one's receptivity, persistence and regular attendance)

Physical ~ Increased vitality, healing, rejuvenation of the senses

Mental ~ Deeper focus, will-power, efficiency, stress reduction, mental healing, higher self-confidence, clarity of thoughts

Spiritual ~ Pure and profound peace, joy, love, harmony and such states are experienced in a way one has never experienced before

P.S. There's a possibility of falling asleep in the class. It is so because the mind is yet to be trained to remain alert while allowing the body to relax. Deeper relaxation is a prerequisite to go beyond the state of sleep and just like any other skill it comes with practice. It is then that a portal of higher consciousness opens up through which manifestation of your greatest physical, mental, and spiritual potential become attainable.
