I was drawn to yoga for the mental, inner transformation and spiritual aspect and curious about the mechanics behind, I embraced this ancient wisdom with modern science and crafted my learning at the scientific-based Yoga Teachers Colleges®️ in order to create a safe and effective practice for my students. Now, it is my great joy to guide you through your practice. I teach from Gentle to Dynamic Power Vinyasa as well as Breathing and Meditation Exercise for all levels, in English and Mandarin Chinese. ALL INCLUSIVE. APPROACHABLE FOR ALL. I want yoga to be all inclusive. For all fitness levels, all walks of life, all cultural and religious background. My class is designed to be easy-to-approach, with minimum Sanskrit, no chanting, mainly focus on explaining the alignment, human anatomy and biomechanics.
