About this class
Our world is filled with constant chaos- work stress, family tension, or just feeling as though there aren't enough hours in the day. We become depressed thinking about the past, and anxious worrying about the future. So how do we find happiness?
Join me in a 45 minute weekly journey through gentle restorative and Yin meditative movements to find peace in the present. Each class will have a different theme and discussion topic, but will always use gentle movement married with breath and intention to find grounding and connection to the present. We will end our class with mindful meditation, using breath and mantras to close our work for the day and set ourselves up for success for the rest of the week.
