About this class

EFT tapping is a combination of ancient chinese acupuncture and modern psycology. In this class we will be focusing on the merdian points of the body combined with intentional breath work and positive affirmations. EFT is a skill used to help regulate anxiety and trauma symptoms without re living the situation.

How to come prepared

  • Bring water
  • An open mind
  • A comfortable space where you can sit up right easily/ blankets under sit bones recommended
  • Any crystals, sage, or meditation tools you normally use are encouraged.
