Relax and unwind from your day with a restorative yoga practice, restorative yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation which is appropriate for everyone. We will practice at a slow pace focusing on long holds and stillness using props which could be a yoga bolster or a pillow to support the body, During the last 15 minuites of class there will be an opportunity to recieve long distance reiki if you would like to use that time for healing.
Long distance reiki is energy healing for emotional and physical healing through connecting with the client on line and is a great way to remove blockages and send healing.
