About this class

Welcome to me Restoratve yoga class. This class is 100% relaxation! Placing our body in comfortable poses and using a lot of props, we will activate our Parasympathetic Nervous System to bring a Rest, Digest and Repair response.

Make sure to have a least 3 pillows, 4 towels, a blancket and yoga mat. Plan to practice next to a couch or bed or keep a chair nearby, we will need it for the last pose!
