About this class

Vinyasa Flow is a fun practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose; linking body, breath, and movement. Modifications are given for ALL levels of practitioners. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and clearing your mind.

You will focus on

  • Work towards personal yoga goals
  • Proper alignment and breakdown of postures (if needed)
  • Increase mental focus
  • Increase in strength, balance, and flexibility

How to come prepared

  • Bring a mat and yourself
