About this class

Trauma doesn’t just haunt the mind:
The body‘s limbic and nervous systems are equally affected.

STOP blaming oneself for a terrible event resulting in self-loathing--and a cycle of continued blame, shame, anxiety and depression that is imprinted physically in our brains, minds and bodies.

The root is not the event itself, but the interpretation of it in ways that wound and continue to damage ourselves.
According to Dr. Levine, unprocessed traumatic events have been shown to embed themselves into our nervous system through a protective response called ‘tissue memory’.
This explains why survivors are often unable to form healthy bonding and attachments because their bodies are living in a chronic state of fight/flight and dissociation even years after the stressors have passed.

Join me every WEEKday to practice these moves to release heavy negative energy from the nervous system and MIND …

These practical routines can be done in the comfort of your home and within minutes a day.

When mind and body repeat stress over and over again, your vagus nerve is likely to be weak. Strengthening the vagus nerve  restores balance  that feeling of lightness in the nervous system.
Reminder:
STRESS, ANXIETY, TRAUMA  Affect The Mind & The body iAND THE BODY Is your last ways of listening to the Nervous System.
