About this class

In this guided meditation class students will tap into the healing power of their own awareness as they are guided to move their attention and accompanying prana through various body systems, such as the physical structure, the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord,) the respiratory system, the digestive system, the endocrine system, etc.

How to come prepared

  • Bring an open mind
  • Yoga mat or designated sacred space
  • Cushions, blankets, and/or a chair for comfort
  • Can practice seated or lying down
