About this class
This is a "break it down" yoga class. Each week there will be a different theme and we will explore this theme for all 3 of my weekly classes. This week we will explore and play with squat (and how we respond and react to this shape). This class will not be a typical yoga flow but more of an exploration of this yoga shape and how we can have some choice in this challenging and foundational form. We will not be doing lots of planks or putting tons of load on our wrists (and if we do any, there will be other options). (All classes are standalone classes AND fun as progressions to keep building upon what you experience). I'm open to feedback and questions and thoughts and requests so come on early or let's chat after class.
The theme for November is around gratitude, so in each class, we will also explore what gratitude can feel like, in relationship with self and in relationship with others.
