About this class

After teaching yoga for more than 14 years I have my own style of yoga that comes from my deep roots in my Ashtanga training, but allows for fluid playful transitions, lots of modifications and freedom to move your body as only you know best.  

This series will focus on one chakra center each class to help us feel more balanced in the chakra and understand how having blockages in our chakras may be affecting our lives and energy. 


You will focus on

  • Quieting the mind and tuning into our body's needs.
  • Core strength + focus
  • Postures that help heal + connect with our chakras

How to come prepared

  • Yoga mat.
