About this class

Linking restorative yoga with vibrations through sound feels like a match made in heaven. We will find ourselves in long duration and low intensity postures . We will bring attention to the breath.  All of this, coupled with purposeful sound , taps into our Vagus nerve and shifts our nervous system to rest and digest. 

This is my first collaboration with Daniel Lauter, a master with sound and vibration.

90' of guidance through approximately 5 poses. We will help you harness your breath and transport yourself to a calm and quiet place. It's a reboot/recalibration to remind us how stillness feels.

To fully enjoy the experience we recommend you listen to the sound through a bluetooth speaker set up or ear pods, something other than your computer speakers.
